Free shipping is offered on all full-priced orders over $150 within Australia, Order over $200 New Zealand and will be automatically applied at checkout. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Post. Please note that this free shipping offer does not apply to any orders containing sale items.
We offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items only. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for size changes. We encourage all customers to refer to our size guide and choose carefully, as all sizing follows basic standard measurements.
Some items are custom made. When ordering these, please allow 1–5 working days for completion before your order is shipped.
All other orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be shipped the same day via Australia Post. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
