Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or with a faulty print, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. Damage reports after this time cannot be accepted.
What can't be returned
- Personalised and custom-made items (such as name shirts)
- Items that have been washed, worn or show makeup stains
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, shipping or stock delays, or choosing the wrong size.
Sizing
Our oversized styles are designed to fit larger and longer than standard sizing. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
Delivery issues
We stand by our processing and printing timeframes. In the rare event of a delay or error caused by the courier or Australia Post, we can't take responsibility, but we will refund your shipping costs in full.
If you choose Express shipping and your location is rural, international or outside the Australia Post Express network, we can't guarantee Express delivery timeframes.
