In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are often shipped the same day with Australia Post. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Some of our pieces, like name shirts, are made when you order. Please allow 1–5 working days for them to be made before your order ships.

Pre-order items aren't in stock yet, and the expected timeframe is shown on the product page. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order arrives. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order.

Free shipping on orders over $200 in Australia, $250 in New Zealand and $200 in the United States. It's applied automatically at checkout. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you receive it.

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@wordofgodapparel.com with your name and we'll find your order for you.

Yes. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Email us at info@wordofgodapparel.com as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order ships, but once it's on its way we're unable to change it.

Contact us with your order number and we'll help you work it out with the carrier. If a delay or error is caused by the courier or Australia Post, we'll refund your shipping costs in full.

If you choose Express and you're rural, international or outside the Australia Post Express network, we can't guarantee Express delivery times.

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, choosing the wrong size, errors in approved proofs, or shipping and stock delays. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Email info@wordofgodapparel.com within 2 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. Damage reports after this time can't be accepted.
