We offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items only. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for size changes. We encourage all customers to refer to our size guide and choose carefully, as all sizing follows basic standard measurements.

All other orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be shipped the same day via Australia Post. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
